I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and have 5 credit cards. The total debt amount is $21,000. I am finding it tough to manage these debts. I think debt consolidation is the only answer. Please help me in finding a good debt consolidation company in Nevada.

Does anyone know if it reasonable to demand that an item from a CA be removed from your credit report in exchange for PIF? Can it be used as a negotiating tactic? If my Collection account is less than $100 or $400 is it more feasible than if it was >$1000?

I was using the Texas SOS web site to see if the debt collector is allowed to collect in the state. I entered the info on the search but came back with nothing. I did this with many of my collection company and still come up with nothing. I do not have the bond number or other info they requested. Someone from Westburg call me talking about I committed bank fraud, and wire transfer fraud. I was like I gave all of my correct information when I got the loan but he can't tell me how much I owe.

After reading many the comments by others experiencing threating tactics via collection agencies from past dealings with E-Payday I have decided to give you our story. At 1PM yesterday my son received a call (at work) from an agency called States Pre-Dispostion Services Inc.. They gave him 1 hour to get them $499 or they would file charges as a ring leader of a fraud group. He told them he could not do this in that amount of time, they then gave him to 4PM put the amount would be $743. We paid via bank check and had to fax them the Express Mail receipt.
