Im 22 and just recently moved out of my parents, been through some jobs etc. I grew up in NJ and lived wiht ym parents making $20 an hour, when i moved to nc, it took forever to find another job. I got a job working in wireless sales and was able to support myself for the most part after 8 months of crappy jobs, but i still blew the money because. Well i didnt know. I still made my bills etc, however the past 6 months since i have moved out have been hard, i have been through two jobs because i cant find good work down here.

I spoke with Enhanced Recovery Corporation last week about a collection debt I have. The amount I owe is 2,433.00. They said they would be abe to take a settlement payout of 1634.00 in 4 installemnts. At the time I agreed since I do have the money and just wanted them off my back. They also told me I was being recorded. I did give them my debit card number which they insisted in having to start the payment installments. Well the card number I gave them is inactive.

I saw the name pop up on my TV Caller ID. I do not know why they are calling yet but I see from old threads that they are a PITA. All the threads seem to end without conclusion. Could someone please tell me what to expect from them and if they continue to follow up on their threats even after not properly validating. I see Tania had a go with them once but I never was able to find out what happened. Thanks all!

Guess the question now has to be asked, do we as former users of Payday loans have to keep looking over our shoulder concerning our bank accounts? And what steps can we take to safe guard our money? Any ideas or thoughts? David

i am in really down under in payday loans I stay in mobile, al and i have like 5 cash advances totaling to maybe $1,250. I have had too many NSF on my checking accounts. Now I have to pay the banks back plus them how do i get out of this????

I have 4 payday loans and they are draining me and not sure what to do about them. I had no idea that the finance charges would be so high! Is there any way to consolidate the loans into one and pay a monthly fee to get rid of them? Please help! Thanks so much!!
