When you go to settle, consolidate or even pay in full get it in writing that your account will be taken care of before you send the money. Ex. You owe $400.00 to the CA CallsAlot. So you call up CallsAlot and tell them you want to pay. They say ok. You tell them that you want it in writing first that when you pay that specific amount the account will be considered closed and they will take no further action.

Living Almost Large is maintained by Anonym and she has been blogging for one year with the motivation to become "financially more secure" (she has got student’s loan and a mortgage). As she puts it "I've never been in credit card debt, but I did have a student loan and car loan. I am trying to balance having debt with growing financially. While I'm debt averse, I am learning to balance having some debt with saving.

I currently have five payday loans. Three are through the internet and two are through companies here where I live in Virginia. I'm struggling to make ends meet and I've already figured up that in about four more weeks all three of the internet payday loans are going to be taking a total of about 310.00 of my paycheck. I only make 500 something and thats going to be a big chunk of it. I'm getting desperate and need some advice on what I can do.

Ok so i settled with them and have the letters saying if paid by XX date then this will be removed and all liens canceled yet i have NOT recieved anything from them since paying! So now it's MY turn to harass them! How many times can i call in a day?? I've only been calling them once a day, EVERY day for about a week now.... :twisted: I can tell that Mr. Robert (who told me to call him Rob when trying to settle) anyway, Rob, is getting VERY annoyed with me! ;) Wonder how many people he talks to in any given day? Cuz he forgets what he says to me from one day to the next.
