I need help managing payday loans, got in over my head. Are there any legitimate payday loan consolidation companies out there?

I applied online for a payday loan. I called and asked them to wait another week before ach debit. They said no and now my account is overdraw. I get another one from Sigma Solutions, i get paid every other friday. They took the ach debit within 5 days of loan. Now im researching this and i am not sure online lenders are legal in Virginia and if they are a person paid bi weekly should have 28 days to pay back? Is it illegal for me to tell my bank these are fraudu:confused:lent charges

I have 3 pay day loans with following companies. I live in California. QXL online: At least, I didn't know the interest rate. $75 on $200 loan. I told them that I want to return the loan and was told it was too late. I need to pay $75 for every 2 weeks of loan. Is this legal? Cash Call: Not a pay day loan but a lump sum at high interest, 85%. I am trying to negotiate down. ACE pay day: Any advice on these loans? Thanks

Just found out yesterday about my bank garnishment while trying to pay my groceries. Went to bank and found it bled dry...they even charged me for bank fees! My questions are: What do I do now? I've been reading about people suggesting that I should close my account...which is actually funny..because I am already in the process of going from a bank to a credit union when this all happened. Second, is this a 1 time shot or do they keep on grabbing it all until satisfed? I am going to call the county where this was filed because I have not lived inthat county since 2009.
