I'm about at my wits end...seriously. I made the horrible mistake of taking a few payday loans over two months ago to help cover expenses when my Wife was out of work due to being hospitalized. Since then it's been a complete nightmare. My finanial situation wasn't really all that great before this mess started, but we managed and stuck to our budget. We have three children...1,2,and 10 and kids do get expensive sometimes. Now things are completely out of control.

Hello all, I have a question about a current online PDL. I have had this loan for over a year with a few increases in that time. I have always made payments even if it was just a interest only rollover payment. Ive never had a problem paying until they decided to try and transfer my account to another online lender since they no longer offer services in OHIO. If I dont do so they tell me I need to pay the loan in full. Long story short, I cannot pay the loan in full because of financial problems, and I refuse to transfer the loan because of the added fees associated.

I had payday loan and close the bank account about a year ago.Well today i get a call from someone who said that a warrant would be place after midnight for stealing because a close bank acct. did not pay now he said their office was call White Collar Invetigations dept. out of the sheriffs office call office they said did not have one not is this true or are they just trying to get me to pay.

I got a letter today from RJM Acquisitions LLC requesting payment for an account that is 13 years old! Of course it doesn't say how old it is but I know because it was before I even moved to Florida. Also, they have a spot where it says Social Security Number and it shows the last two digits and it's off by one number. What is going on with these people? Suddenly I am getting hit with old accounts from 9 years and more like this one and they are killing my credit. How do I stop these people and get them removed and to stop sending me notices?

As most of you know ( if you've been watching the news), San Diego, CA., is having huge, uncontrollable fires!! My entire family was evacuated two days ago...parents, sisters,etc! they stayed with another sisiter of mine ( whose house was not 'threatened' by these fires). To make a long story short, I talked to my parents today..they said their house AND my sister's house were not damaged, AT ALL, from these fires. OMG!!...I can't believe it!! I've been watching the news, since the fires...SOO many homes were burnt to the ground!! I just thank GOD my family is fine.

I have asked four attorneys in the last two days for the exact date/time on statue of limitations expiry in the state of texas regarding unsecured debt(credit card debt. I have been given four different senarios. can anyone give the exact legal timing, is it the date of last payment (date) paid or date of last activity on the account? ie; date account was charged off.

I have gone through all the posts on this wonderful CA and still have a question. I have been getting phone calls from the call office in INDIA, their English is awful to begin with but they won't give me the information I need. I called 3 times to get their mailing address to send a validation letter and they hung up on me. My husband called and got the address. In the meantime I am calling their corporate numbers off of the net and got another phone number to the call center in India.
