Hello does anyone know how i can find the # to these guys? i took out a pdl for 300 and finance fee of 90 so 390 total and now i want to pay them off and cant find the website or the phone number any more

I haven't been on in a while. We've been falling behind on everything. I've been working hard on both of my businesses and my husband has been working as many hours as possible at his job. Recently I lost a customer at one of my businesses and that set us back, and then my hubby was sent home early a few times because the production was at a stand still. This is horrible. We have so many bills and calls from bill collectors coming in I have almost lost it. It's depressing to say the least. I'm scared that we're going to loose our car and we really need it right now.

My husband and I have entered into this debt cycle. I don't think it is as severe as many, but we are constantly treading water. I want to get out of it, but don't know where to start. He handles the money, so I don't even know where the debts are or how much. I do know that we owe $8,000 to family that we have not even began to pay since all of our money goes to our other debts. I am currently looking for a job, but even then I want to get out of this cycle and be able to take my kids to do something fun every once in a while without it meaning that something is getting paid late.

On October 2nd, 2007, I was served with a court summons by Chase to pay off my credit card. I know I have thirty days to respond to this summons, and my time is running out. I was able to take a loan against my 401k at the company I work for. Now, I'm trying to settle the debt with Chase. My balance is 4333.36. I just called them (my first call to them. I didn't want to call them until I made sure I got the money from my 401k) a few minutes ago and offered $1900. The lady put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back and said that a settlement offer of 3510.02 was their counter.

:shock: I have been workign on cleanign up my credit report etc. My spouse came across a info about "unclaimed cash" on another forum which provided a link to Inside Edition to click on your state which provides a link to your state treasury site, you then enter your name and then see if you name pops up for "Unclaimed Cash". Well upon fither investigation this site seems to be a front for collecting on debts. My name came up for an address I have not lived at for 15 years and in another state I used to live.

How do I find out what a judgement against me is in a state I used to live in? I am in th eprocess of cleaning up my credit. My spouse saw the info on Inside Edition about "Unclaimed Money" and was searching the link for states we have lived in. In my home state it claims there Judgements with the County from CSC? The Department of Treasury site for unclaimed mney seems to be more of a front for tracking down people who owe money. There is a form to have notarized and copies of proof of identity to send in to get the supposed"Unclaimed Money".

I am half way through a 5 yr total repayment plan. I got divorced a year ago. Since that time I have been off work with a back injury, begging and borrowing from family/friends. I am finally better and employed, but still cannot swing a 650.00/mo payment. I am wondering if we can discharge the 13 by non-payment, and then just I (instead of both of us)file a CH 7 for the remaining debt? Its frustrating, as many know, to try to do the "right" thing by repaying, but be unable to support a family and do so! I appreciate any help you may be able to provide. Thanks!

Has anyone heard of Eagle Recovery Associates, of Peoria, IL? Ph 1-800-706-3210 They apparently decided it was time to send a letter, 2 WEEKS after daily phone calls started. As usual, the caller, with foreign accent, left absolutely NO useful information. Only thing they bothered to do, is wake me up in the middle of the night, with their message(s). Middle of MY night anyway. I work all night, so I sleep all day. Unable to accept phone calls between 8AM and 9PM. Only time I take call during those hours are if I specifically asked for a return call.

Is anybody dealing with T&C? Do they deal with Payday loans? Are you happy with their service?
