When I sent my debt validation letter to this company, I stated in the letter to send any correspondence to the address listed in the letter at the top. In a response to a case filed with the BBB, they stated they sent the correspondence to an address they had on file which was given to them by the origionator of the debt. Prior to this account being turned over for collections, I contacted the origionator of the debt and informed them in writing that they had the wrong address and what my correct address was. Evidently it was not changed.
