I have several pdls in Texas. Most online and a few in store. What would happen if I were to close my account and not pay these lenders back? Will this affect my credit? I know they don't do a credit check prior to giving the money but don't they use Teletrak?

If i purchased a portfolio and worked it myself waht are my legal requiremnts. can i do this without all the licenses and bonds. im in ga.

I have been contacted by Academy Collection Services. They told me they now were in charge of my account and we could settle the acct but i had to pay the full amt. that day or 1/2 now, and the other 1/2 within 2 days. I was scared so I paid the 1st half (1600) by GIVING THEM MY CHECKING ACCT INFO!! STUPID! we agreed on the day of the next payment and I was told to call 48 hours in advance if I couldn't pay.

I am doing research to see if this is the best option for me. I reside in AL, I have about $12000.00 in credit card debt. All of my accounts are current, I am just looking for a way to get out a debt sooner rather than later. I would like to know of any initial fees associated with your program, as well as any monthly fees? Thank you, Kristy Verant

If you will remember, AIS Services placed a negative mark on my credit report for a nice illegal pdl that was overpaid, refunded, and marked paid in full. After going around with AIS via email & also disputing this with the credit bureaus, I got up this morning to find an email from the credit bureaus regarding my "investigation". AIS Services has been DELETED from my report. So, anyone who posts (and there are a lot) regarding pdls (legal or illegal) turning you over to collections and it being reported on your credit report - yes, it may happen.

Does anyone know if there are any State or Federal lawsuits pending are on-going with Wells Fargo Auto Finance. I have read so many horrible stories about this company and mine is one of them. Just wanted to be apart of that law-suit, if there is one, if not, maybe someone can tell me how to start one. Thank you.

I have had problems managing my pay check and I am sure others have had similar problems. I am wondering if personal finance manager offered a service where: A. The community members who were interested in this service had their all paychecks and all bills sent to the Financial coach. B. The personal finance manager paid the bills and every two weeks direct deposited the money left over after paying the bills back to the community member. This will lead to: 1. No late fees or overdrafts ever as long as the community member is earning enough money. 2.

I have a friend who knows someone that has and would not reccommend it at all simply because alot of pop ups were coming up on the screen and within a week or two money was taken out by companies that they have never heard of. Has anyone else had this problem?

How many people on this sight have been taken to court and prosecuted from a collection agency and lost the case? I am wondering how many of them just make the threats and how many of them simply repackage and sell the debt when you don't cave in. Am very interested in your experiences on this matter!
