I followed the instructions given on this site. I filed complaints with the FTC and the State Attorney General's offices. I stopped payment on one and changed my debit card to stop the other. I'm going to still change my account. When I called the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, they said that these tribal entities are not bound by Indiana law.
