ok call me spoiled if u must but wow... i've been having trouble with my isp, haven't had service in 2 or 3 days so i called today... AT&T bought my isp out and the lady told me that i used to have a 526 connection and now they've upgraded it to 700 something for FREE! Lucky me, except free is NONE at all.... ummmmm... how is that free?? So anyway they're coming tomorrow to fix it and in the mean time i'm on dial up... :roll: This is sooooooooo slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! ha ha I can't hardly stand to sit here and wait and wait and wait.... :( Ang

I sent a validation letter to afni, over a supposed 1k debt. After 30 days of no response I sent them a 'you have 30 days, if I don't hear from you, the whole thing is null and void', letter. I got a letter back from them yesterday, dated the 21st of Sept. It says that I didn't supply enough information for them to investigate it, that they need a photocopy of my drivers license and a valid phone number. Oh, and at the bottom, it says it's an attempt to collect a debt.

i need help with to many payday loans

Hello, About a year ago my wife and I signed up with clear debt results to help us with our credit card debts. I think we signed them power of attorney to handle our debts. Well, year long story short our once near flawless credit rating is now shot. When we first signed up with them they told us to stop paying the credit card bills and don't answer the collection calls. They said they would "handle" everything. Well we have received two court summons from two of the cards and are close to receiving a third.

I bought a house for $400,000 with an 80/20 and it was foreclosed on and only the first mortgage was paid off, the 2nd has been charged off but they say I still owe and they can put liens on me and such. I have no assets and am wandering if Chapter 7 BK is my only option or if I wait long enough will this nightmare just fade away? My credit is horrible now and I cant even rent an apartment and have to live with my parents. :cry:

I have around 10 internet payday loans, a prosper loan, think cash and cashcall and one storefront pdl. I have been current up until right now. This last round of payments has overdrawn my bank account to around $900. I don't know what to do. I stopped the direct deposit of my paycheck because it would be gone if it got deposited. I also have personal loans with american gerneral and equity one.

is that true? I even can ask a debt validation to the demand letter from a so called lw office? what's going to be happened afterwards? thank you so much! Gary

I called to CA to make a payment deal, and we agreed $ XX. Now, I am going to send 'acceptance of verbal offer for debt settlement' letter. Is it right? or any suggesstion?

I am totally screwed....I am at the point of losing a vehicle, possibly house. I have 3 loans out that I pay $200.00 + a week on. My phone bill, power bill, water bill, garabage bill, cable bill are all threatening to disconnect etc. Any ideas? I have no retirement plan and no one to borrow from, not that I feel robbing Peter to pay Paul is the answer....help please. Thank you
