I received a call from a Mr Knight (sp) at work today. Phone number 1 877 281-2220 ext 330. He left a voice mail telling me to have my attorney call him asap. I know this is a scam. Can anyone give me the address so I can report them to the FL AG. He called my number at work 4 times & then went through the operator & then the number came in as 661118869. He leaves messages & our calls are all recorded. I work for the state & I could lose my job. I called back once & told them to stop calling my work & he told me they will call me where ever, when ever & as often as they want.

Can someone help? I have searched and can't find the answer. Is Payday Cash Link another one of the MTE companies? Also, my letter to the address they list on their web page in Las Vegas came back as address unknown. Does anyone have another address? Thanks! On Tuesday (9/25) I received a letter from my employer through the mail that they will start wage garnishment to one of my creditors beginning with my check dated 9/28. They also included all the paperwork from the court that they had received on Monday. It does say that I have five days to file for a hearing. Ok, but my check comes out on Friday?!?! The other issue is that two weeks prior I had received the Notice to Avoid Wage Garnishment. I filled it out, sent in the payment (25% of my check) and they have cashed that check.
