Do also handle payday loans I am living in payday loan hell and I need help

I did the wrong thing by getting two payday loans and now I am paying over $600 a month in interest alone and making no porgress. I have made a horrible mistake i would of rather had my car repo'ed then go trough this. If I were to get a consolidation loan and pay just half as much I would not be scraping by for rent on the first of every month. Is it possible to get a consolidation loan for Pay day advances? If so please point me in the right direction.

I get credit card offers every day in the mail..its just like an email box full of spam. This is so annoying to me! They dont even know if I work or what my financial situation is like yet they send me offers saying im preapproved. I think anymore, its to easy to get credit cards and then they wonder why they never get paid back..there should be a law against that!

received a letter marked personal and confidential the other day with a mailing label of my address and name and a return address. I recived this regular mail. I opened it to find a summons, filed on spet 6th and the post date was sept 11th. Can this be a valid court paper be it that it was not served to me or certified mail, just regular mail. The "Law Firm" was Rubin And Rothman LLC" and the client was Cap One. Any suggestions????

I want to warn you of a site I visited and was greatly disappointed by . If you are a person who is seeking credit repair..do not seek it from a law firm that is located Utah. I will not say the name but it claims to fix your credit report but they do not. They claim they will write letters on your behalf..they do..but the letters they write..will so severely ruin your credit and name you will be shocked. I trusted a company because they claimed to be support by a law firm..actually the website is named after the firm.

I have heard that people can get their credit repaired by a expert and basically have a clean slate with their credit? Is this true? Has anyone ever been to a credit repair expert? i was thinking about doing this but was unsure. i also heard that you can repair your credit yourself. What do you think?
