Hi guys, I will shortly be receiving a hospital bill for approx $47000. We have really bad insurance because I have started a new job and it's really basic coverage for the first year. Has anyone had any experience of dealing with this sort of medical bill? What will they accept as a monthly payment? I have been doing some research incase it gets ugly. We can only realistically afford to give them $150 - $200 a month. I am under the impression that if they were to sue somewhere down the line they wouldn't be able to get a whole lot more.

My husband was laid off his job and I am basically taking care of all of our bills. Things started to get so tight that I started going to payday loan stores, but now I can't pay them back. This interest rates are so high and they make it difficult to pay them back all at once. I literally had to go to more than one just to pay off the others and then that got out of hand. One of the compaines now has sent a wage assignment to my employer. I can't afford for this to happen. I am filing bankruptcy so that I can get a fresh start.

I have received advertisment letters from the other attorney that i have lawsuit pending against me by them, they never even sent any letter to me for asking money and have charged negitive on my credits. Please let me know what is the way to go by, i have never experience this before. Thank you. Rani

Sorry guys, I had to start a new topic regarding this extremely disturbing incident that Cannr is going through. How in the world can an illegal and unlicensed PDL issue a wage assignment? It just boggles my mind! I read through all the posts and from what I can gather, a wage assignment is just a piece of paper that they try to pass off on unsuspecting and uninformed employers who will honor it as if it were a garnishment (from the courts).

I owe about 2500 dollars to BOdOG.COM.I started internet gambling back in May 2007.It was a stupid move.I was withdrawal money from my credit card to my bodog account thru there website.I got an email today stating that they are going to report me to transunion and that the money i owe will be going to a thrid party collections agency.What should I do,isnt internet gambling illegal?
