I have several payday loans, I want to pay them down and get out of it. How do I best go about this?

My girlfriend got a loan with purpose loans at the end of June- I've been helping her out because she didnt know anything about these loans being illegal- I've given her advice on what to do (with the help with this site) and told her about filing complaints and sending letters to them CMRR- This loan is not license in her state (OHIO).

Company/Individual reported: letteria You guys keep calling number removed looking for Mattie Flemmings. I do not know this person. This a new cell phone number for me. Furthermore, personal info was left on my vmail and that is definitely not legal exspecially if you are 3rd party collectors. I called 407.574.2413 to advise this man he had the wrong number and b/c I would not give him my last name - he told me to get lost. Nice business you guys have here. While in search of a second chance lender I came across a company called SECOND CHANCE FINANCIAL GROUP secondchancegrp.com and filled out the application. Their site offers the promise of a minimum $8,000 loan with no credit check based on your income. 24 hours after applying we received a phone call from a cell phone number informing us that we were approved, but that they needed an upfront $900 "insurance" fee. When we asked them to email us the information, we received an email from a yahoo account with a shoddy contract and such attached.

Hello all! :) My husband and I are in some financial troubles (obviously). We began the nasty cycle of payday loans in March. We just found out that the company that we have been getting the PDLs from (CashNet) is a fraud. I am in Florida, and last month I was given a $1500 PDL from this company. The funds were unavailable at the beginning of the month to pay them, so we called and notified them of the situation. They told us to call back the next day to arrange repayment. When we checked the bank account the following day, CashNet took $1500 from our account without authorization.

All my stuff is at home (of course!). Please, someone give me the address/phone/fax/email of Cash Transfer Centers! Thank you! I don't have this crap at work! :x
