I wanted to know if this place offers debt consolidation for payday loans.

As a little background, I am 29 and due to divorce was saddled with over 100k in debt. The past year I have been able to settle 3 accounts, bringing that down to 86k. I recently have been hounded by a local attorney collecting on a Citibank account, which is one of the largest I have. (I have other posts dealing with this). I was recently served a summons and have subsequently answered it. Prior to this, I attempted to use Superior Debt Services. This was a waste of time for me. They ignored most of my questions...even couldn't be bothered to update my phone number.

I wrote before regarding I have 7 pdl's and I need to know if someone can help me to find out if they are legal in my state of Louisiana.

if a husband has a business debt does the wife have to take responsibility to pay it off?

Hi everybody. I was searching Palisades Collection and found this site. I hope someone can help me. I have been working on repairing my credit and since I work for the government it is mandatory as well. After setting up arrangements with past due creditor, I received a statement in the mail from Palisades Collection showing my payments made and my balance. In 2 months I have paid them over $200.00 and they show my balance as only $26.00 less!!!! I set up arrangements for them to take payments automatically from my checking account, thinking all my payments would go towards the principal.

hey guys.. ive read some of this thread and i owed jmc in the past. at first i paid them a settlement of 3k when i owed them 5k. it was before neteller went down. man i wish this thread was here then. i then paid them some around 2k to settle a 4k debt to i think it was citadel. know i supposedly owe click2pay around a thousand. I finally realized that these guys are totally bogus. they tell you that they will call the company and see if the settlement amount is ok and then call you back and say it is ok. Man i was gullable...

Anyone had to deal with this, and is this legal, after you have already signed a legal agreement settling on a payment amount between both parties. Then the next day they, they take all your money out of your bank account! How is that legal? Not sure what to do now?

I actually received the certified mail return receipt back from Bass signed!! Wonder if they'll actually send me validation of my debt?
