Well, my day started out really sh*tty. 1. Aftering closing my checking account last week, I changed my direct deposit to my account at Wachovia. My payroll department didn't make the change and my pay check went to the closed account. So.... now my check has to go back to my job's main office in Arizona and they have to issue a new one. I'll get it about Wednesday or Thursday of next week. RATS!!!! Then...... things got brighter !! One of my payday loans, Geneva Roth or Loanpoint USA,( they actually really screwed and issued me two loans, kindda like ....

Well I got a response from MTE Financial regarding my complaint filed with the BBB....They sure are some A$# Holes! They stated that their licensing information is "proprietary information"! I feel like writing them back and telling them its no secret that they don't have a license! They refuse to work out payment arrangements to pay the principal. So I guess I will just let them send it to an outside collection agency, and then send them a letter requesting debt validation. Any other suggestions?

Well the one from this morning is just promised World Wide Cash. But EDESC Instant Loans Now gave the $350 refund via electronic deposite. My husband thought he would be devorcing me. He said if I took another PDL that was it. We closed our old account but the bank is very aware of our situation, any deposites (no debits) into our old account automatically roll into the new one. He called EDESC after seeing the depsite from EDESC and they confirmed they had issued the refund as requested from my letter to the BBB. It is nice to have good days again!! Keep at them folks! I sent Nationwide an email and they never responded but now they are calling me. It's worrying me to death, they didn't accept my proposal. I borrowed 400.00 and have paid $315 in principal alone. I'm in NC...I don't want them to start calling my references. Someone HELP please. What should I do?

I was wondering if new jersey or us has a time limit that you have to respond to a settlement letter. We received one to settle a outstanding debt on 08/26/07 and had to have it done by 08/30/07 and the collection company wouldn't take that we could pay it by 09/06/07 as an answer.
