I have a few minor debts, 1 CC, old cell phone bill, old cable bill, Dell laptop. All in default, I hit a bad slump a few years back with no job and now I am looking to clean up my credit and resolve the unpaid items. Can anyone recommend what I should do? I figure going with debt consolidation to get all my debts rolled into one easy payment right? Any reputable companies here in California? Thanks for any help in advance!

I emailed Cash Net 500 (pay day loan yes)back this morning in reference to their phonecall yesterday..like Cannr advised. I think it was weak but I am not good at this stuff since this is the first one. Please let me know if I should have done something differently.. I have previously sent your company faxes, e-mails and informing you regarding my loan and instructing your company to cease and desist. I specifically stated you are not to contact me by telephone. You are to contact me by usps mail or e-mail only.

ok my message made it to you - i have several payday loans as well and every 2 weeks all that gets paid is the fee and i am fallying behind on bills because i cannot pay these most of them have there money back X3 with just fees this is the dumbest thign i ever did - all on line help Sid - Can you post some more information? What state you are in? What companies did you borrow from? How much did you borrow? How much have you paid back so far in fees? If you post that info we can better advise you on how to deal with the situation. Thanks!

And the hits just keep on comin'! Got a call at work from USFastCash, spoke to a Chris Hansen (Gee, the same Chris Hansen from NBC?) who when through his whole rhetoric. Then I went into my diatribe! Funny thing is, when I told him they were operating illegally he said, "then why did you sign a contract you knew was illegal!" HE ADMITTED IT! :lol: Then he said he was giving me an opportunity to settle for $300 (that's like three times the principal that I already paid,) because my file had been BRUNG to him from they're attorney. :lol: :lol: :lol: Brung!

About a month ago I filed all my complaints against the IPDL. I got a call from World Wide Cash today regarding my letter. I was skeptical about calling them back. When I did they told me my account was paid in full and they would be issuing my requested refund of $126 for overpayment. She was contacting me because she only has the authorization on refund $50 so my refund would take a little longer. I hope I do see a refund, but even if I don't I like getting the PIF. There is hope everyone, keep filing those complaints!!! Take care, Hope

I have a few collection agencies that have several listed accounts. Should I just send one letter or send one letter for each account? Also no matter how many times an account is bought and sold, the removal date is still the date of first delinquency with the original creditor right?

Can I consolidate all of the payday loans I have?

I have 8 payday loans. Nothing has default, they take money out and I have barely enough to pay. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction? I will never do payday loans again.
