how many creditors are you going to send my info to? how many inquiries will be put on my credit?

i have several payday loans that in the course of time i have defaulted on due to financial trouble what is the worst that could be done to collect on these?

i have been thinking bout suing interim cash for refusing to refund me the money i overpaid them.. i m planing on doing it in small claims court.. what everyone think

As many of you know I am a debt collector. I follow the law and I do my best to work with people as long as it is within my companies client's guidelines. Coming into this field I searched online for some helpful collection tips and tools to use to help me become a better stronger collector. I didn't find very much information and the information I did find was wanting me to purchase a book or two. I want to make a web site for collectors that would become a teaching and learning tool.

I received a letter from the BBB in Dallas Texas in regards to my complaint filed against Rannefeld & Associates. After receiving a notice from the BBB in Dallas in regards to this complaint Mr. Rannefeld then sent a fax dated 08-24-2007 that they sent me a response. I have not received any validation from them to this date. He goes one further to state that Rannefeld & Associates is a law firm that is the basis of this alleged complaint.

I am sorry if this is repetitive, but I get so confused as to what is right and what is wrong. I see on some posts that some information is different for each state. I get that. So in my state of Ohio is is against the law for my husband to take out more than one loan even if it's from different locations? Can he get into trouble for doing that?

I'm happy... elated even. I just received an email from CashNetUSA with an adequate repayment plan. I had to bring in the Dept of Banking, but once that conversation was over I got the email. They realized their error in the apr being way over what the new law stated. They suddenly had sypathy for my situation and why I could not pay them back at the moment. They remembered I mentioned something about October. So now, I only have to pay back the principal, the $450 I borrowed.

Received a phone call today from someone asking me to call them back at 800-918-3849. I could barely make out the message left as the diction was so bad. Anyway I called back and they said that I needed an attorney. When I asked what for, they said I had just better get one. Then they rolled off an old account number of mine that has been closed for over a year and a half, due to fraud. When I asked them who they were they refused to identify themselves other than to say that they were FTR Processing and that they were going to call my employer.
