i took out a loan for 200 dollars from ameriloan and when i was supposed to pay them back my check was for only half the amount and after my bank realized that i didnt have sufficient funds to pay it back they returned the payment and ever since then they havent tried to take any money out. i would like to know have they given up on trying to get my money or what

Anyone ever just sent money orders to them and just paid the principal amount?

Can someone please help me. I am in Tennessee and have gotten in way over my head with internet payday loans. I have 13 of them which total over $5000. I am needing to know if I should close my bank account and what will happen if I do. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

I am trying to help my girlfriend that hooked up in the payday loan hell. She took out a loan with 500fastcast in late june for $200.00. As of today she has paid back $ 120.00. She closed out her account for personal reasons and because I didnt know until this weekend that she had 2 more that she took out. Well, she thought she would call the payday loan company and get ahead of the game before they called her at home/work. they told to call back on thursday to make arrangements because they didnt have a total yet and the account hasnt hit collections.

I never thought it would arrive. I have this unexplainable happiness rushing theough my veins right now. My kids have returned to school. For those that don't know I have my 2 nieces and 1 nephew living with me now. That's a total of 7 kids in my home and they are all in school right this very minute. It's 8am in this house and no sounds but the tapping of the keyboard. If I pause.. complete silence. ...... It's lovely. I did feel sad when I dropped my daughter off at her new school. She is in Jr. High this year. I felt a tear when she shut the door and walked away.
