I went to the bank to put a hard hold on my account, (the one close to my work) They told me that I have to go to the branch where I opened my account. I asked to see the branch manager, she was at lunch. I made an ass of myself and they asked me to leave. :(

I have been contacted again by UCL. This time they left a message tell me I need to call them at and then they hang up. The phone number come as 000-000-0000. When the called before and I spoke with a live person and asked for a mailing address they hung up again. How do I get them to stop calling? I have sent them VOD letter several of them back in April.

I just recieved a call from my husbands boss stating that they contacted the head of security stating that they were an FBI agent from Orlando. I contacted the FBI in Tampa and they said that they would not take any cases such as these. They also asked if they were impersonating an FBI agent and if so it was punishable by a federal crime. I have to contact the Orlando FBI tomorrow. This is amazing. If my husband loses his job then we are in a hurt of trouble. What do I do. Please help!

I got home tonight and there was a number on my caller ID. 1-800-710-1309. There was no message. I called the number and it said "thank you for calling american debt arbitration" They were closed for the day. Does anyone know what this might be about and would it apply to pdl's?

First thanks for your help in getting the IN laws to me. You guys are great. BIG has threatened that they have called my husbands HR dept. I am sure that it is a big threat but has any other person had experience in this that they actually called his HR dept.

I have several online payday loans currently open, and I am just drowning. I just recently closed my checking account and re-opened a new one so that I can try and manage the situation a little better, but I have got to find a way to pay these loans back, so I need to find a debt consolidation company that will work with online payday loan companies. I understand I put myself in a hole, but I really want to get everything back on track. Can anyone help me?
