Are there any consolidation companies that work with Payday lenders. I was told that its impossible to consolidate with these companies. Now I have Tremont Financial on my back. They sent a certified letter to my boss to garnish 30% of my check each pay period... HELP!

I was just wondering if I have to know exactly what my debt is and who its with before i apply

i live in ohio and currently have four payday loans out, all through storefronts. cashland ($500 borrowed), purpose money ($350), check n go ($350) and national cash advance ($350). right now it's only four, and it's from those companies. every two weeks i have to borrow from others to pay on these and can only use a portion of my paycheck each week, then the next paycheck i borrow from the ones i paid to pay the others i borrowed. it's a horrible cycle. sometimes it's more than four. i fear it getting to a point where there's more than that out.

I found a site that sells payday lending operating manuals. Pretty much you buy this manual and you have everything you need to know to start up a payday loan store or site. So, I'm reading. This is what it says about internet payday lenders and licensing! What the??? They are flat out telling you that you can start up your own illegal payday loan website, but to have a good exit strategy and don't stay in business long enough to get caught!

I need help! I can't find a phone number for ASAP Fee. I have lost the emails and paperwork I saved so all I have is the name that is listed on my bank statement. Does anyone have any contact information for this payday loan company?

Is company part of BBB and Nation Faoundaiton for Credit Couseling or Association of Independent Consumer credit counseling Agencies? If I have questions after signing is there another number besides a toll free number? do you have a number in Michigan someon I can talk to in person? beside the $25.00 start up fee and $49.00 monthly are there any other fee. is the $49.00 included in my monthly payments towards my account. do i have to worry that my bills will not be paid after submitting payment to you once I open an acct with you.

Ok guys, I keep reading about how everyone keeps getting harrassed by these MTE companies like United, ameriloan, Oneclick cash, etc. I had two loans with Oneclick and United and sent them my revocation letters over a month ago. I filed complaints with the NY AG and FTC. I have not heard a peep from these guys. Is that bizarre or what?? I know I'm lucky, but it's also making me a bit nervous, I know these guys are like snakes just waiting to strike.

After thinking I had a PIF from oneclickcash.com, I didn't and I called them to see when they were going to mark it PIF. The guy I spoke with was like we are not going to talk to you because you threatened to sue us. (lies). He said they will handle me in another way. I told him I was not going to pay another cent on this account. I told him I paid thousands of dollars over the past two years and refused to pay another dime. He kept hanging up on me- that's a switch. He stated they will handle me in another way. I told him he could handle BBB and the NC AG.
