I need some immediate assistance. I am not sure what actions to take. I live in Maryland and I am having some horrible troubles with several PDL's. They have eaten my entire paycheck and I have been left with nothing to pay my bills. I have two young children and I was not even able to pay daycare fees, we have limited food in the house now, my water is getting turned off on Wed., and the electric is next. I need to know what my rights are and how I can legally go about this.

This ipdl has still not replied to my AG office...and I haven't recently heard from them. I had one email address for MCN and one for CPD (their collection process). This morning I fired off emails and sent it too both the address' I had...both came back un-deliverable?? Anyone have any other address'???

They are not from that long ago. Within the year. We only got one payment slip from each of them. A few days ago I received a notice from a collection agency on both of them saying that the respources for trying to collect have been depleted so they are going through such and such agency. I am going to try to pay these 2 off but don't know if it would be better to pay the ones that haven't officially gone to collections yet. Also, is one payment notice normal before going to collections?

I think I've signed up everything I need to so that Adsense is active in my blog but I don't see anything? How can I check it? I did go in to other blogs but didn't see any ads their either and don't know if they just are subscribed. Help?

how would i go about filing for bankruptcy? Or do i evem want to go that route! Would it be best to Consolidate?

Hi I have a couple of debts on my crdit report That are a couple of years old that I have not been able to make payments on. I am pretty sure they have been sent to collections How do I find out who owns the accounts so i can start to clean my credit? Thanks, Brian

Hello All! I feel so ashamed & alone & not sure what to do. Here's my story. I was young, I was spending left & right. The bills came in fast & furious. I couldn't pay them, so what I did was get ANOTHER card to pay off that high priced card. So now I have 2 cards with high balances & the minimums are getting so hard to pay. I feel like I'm drowning. I don't know if I should call the credit companies & explain what I did and try to get on a payment plan. I don't think they'd do it permanently though. They would probably laugh at me, call me foolish & tell me to shove off.
