Pls. help with the following calculations: One wants and additional $560 on a $350 loan on which $315 has already been paid. Got this loan on 4/11. At 16% interest for NY I figure I owe them $54. they want $560. using the calculation formula someone posted as AMT x .16 x (number of days owned /365) = amount of interest owned. Using this formula I also figured the bal. owed to 500 Fast Cash. Ln amt $400.

i pulled three cbrs and disputing several accounts i feel arent mine. the cbrs sent requested disputes as identity theft . but the creditors want police reports and a statement . without the police report they wont investigate . how do i get around this is there any way . ? also the creditors sent the accounts to the collections agencies and the agencies are the ones giving me the problem

Hi I recently received a letter(from a collection agency) abut a 10 year old credit card debt From my researc (in Illiniois) its past the Staue of Limitations..and I havent heard about this debt in YEARS..anyone know if this past the SOL and if so, what should I do?? Thanks

We went talk to lawyer but didnt get all our questions answered. We want to file chapter 7 but i am scared me make to much by few hundred dollars. we want to move out of state and want to let it all go back, we have 2 cars * will be buy something less then 12,000. * 2 brand new 4wheelers, boat, camper and 20,000. in credit cards. We want to move and just start over. We are not late on any bills, I pay my bills before i have money for us. Since we make to much for chapter 7, i guess we have to do chapter 13, That day my husband went to lawyer he was like keep everything and dump the camper.

I was browsing in the success stories and several topics of ppl saying they had written letters to make payment arrangements and then get letters of paid in full. How does that possible and where could I get an example of a letter, PLEASE. btw - I'm in Texas THANK YOU!!!
