had an idea of making more money with my own business but it backfired on me and i just got further in debt now work has really slowed down and i just can't seem to catch up

Is there a place where you can get a loan without having to run into payday loan scams, that can loan you money when your credit isn't that great? We just recently refinanced our home and we used the money to catch up on bills that we were behind on, put some of the money into my savings account just in case something happened. That way in case something did happen, we had money to pay our bills, mortgage, etc. Everything was going really good, then my husband lost his job. It took him a while to get another one, and it was a good thing we had the money in the savings to live on.

When are items removed from my credit report? I've heard seven years, but is that from the first delinquent report or the most recent? Any info would be appreciated. If you have a link to this info that would be better.

I just got my credit report from Experian. It shows an account number 440423781xxx that is open with you. I don't think I ever opened an account with you. Please close it immediately. I am trying to understand the SOL. Does the SOL apply to the state in which you opened the original account or the state you currently live ? For instance, I owe 1800 on a Pacific Bell account or SBC. That was five years ago almost six. Would the SOL apply for California or were I reside now in Indiana? If I pay this off will the SOL for removal from my credit report continue the same or will it start over?[/font]

They are a fraudulent company, they will use other company names just so that they can get your current updated information and pull your information over of that and take money out of your account.

OK, I'm scared to death now. Someone from "Bass Litigation" (I think that's what they said) called about my pdl with Premier Group. She was very rude, said that the company wants to make an example out of people who "use the internet as a weapon" and that it is probably too late to work anything out. (My payment was due 3 days ago). She then put me on hold for about 10 minutes and came back on the line and said that my "restitution" payment needs to be 722.00 paid today. The loan was for $350. I told her I could pay $100 today.

I had a payday loan over a year ago and did not pay back, i made an arrangement with Pinion Management that i did not keep and since my bank account # was different they could not collect, this was over a year Ireceived a call a few weeks ago from them and went ahead and made another arrangement and wrote their # down so icould call and get conf. that my account was closed and no further obligation, I lost the # and can not remember who i took out the original loan with. Any suggestions or can you provide me with the #? Thanks
