My account was recently used in a illegal online transaction.$390 was with drawn from my account by the loan shop westbury..I tryed for days to to speak to someone with no luck until today.The lady that answerd the phone asked me for my name and stated that she know what this is about and that i need to pay the the balance off the money i owed from the loan i took in november..I told her i didnt know what she was talking about she said sure you dont and hanged up..I called back and got some one elese and they told me i need to speak to the floor manager who seems to me he doesnt answerd his ph

Divorce and going from a dual income to a single income has been terrible on my credit. I often fell a month behind on my mortgage to play catch up on other bills. My total debt is only about 11,000. (owe $8300 on my auto still) But my mortgage payment has now increased another $100 dollars a month. I don't want to sell the property, but I can't refinance to save my life, even with over 100% in equity, because of my late payments. Any suggestions?

Okay so we have been looking at vans for a long time and I mized up 2 of them. I thought the one we were planning to buy had a finance option through them. When we said we would take it the guy asked how we would pay. We ended up charging it to the charge card *gasp* which luckily right now has a 0% finance until this December. So I have 3 months to get something figured out. We may be refinancing so we can roll it in, and hopefully pay some of the credit card off once my truck is sold. Just a little stressed. We did get a really good deal but I don't want it to turn into a bad deal.

I'm 72 yr's old and draw 370.00 a month retirement. I have a credit card that now the balance is 16,000.00 after late fees and over the limit fees have been applied. I was on a hardship program a couple of times with them, but missed a payment one month and they took me off. My account has been sold to Atlantic Credit and a collector/law firm by the name of John P. Frye calls non stop demanding balance paid in full. They want me to ask relatives, friends, they even 3 way connected me to 2 different loan companies in my area to apply for a personal loan for the money.

Ie: The Law Firm of Marshall and Ziolkowski On Thursday August the ninth I received my first call from Marshall and Ziolowski, They began the conversation by stating that Providian Visa is suing me. I was surprised because Providian Visa did not sound familiar to me. Come to find out. It was a credit card I applied for when I was 18 years old. It had a 300.00 limit, and apparently I never paid it off. This may have some merit of truth although I am not sure how much as I was not good at keeping records in my younger years. She went on to name call and accuse me of fraud.
