My financial situation crashed a few years back with a cross country move and a divorce. I'm looking for advice. Don't own a home. Have no functioning credit, cards or anything. Have 29K in credit card debt. 1) $6,306 Joint CC with ex, but my debt. Paying but 2 months back now. It's not a real CC anymore, just a debt. 2) $2,257 Single CC, drops out 11/2008 3) $14,677 Single CC, drops out 2/1/2009 4) $5,935 Single CC, drops out 5/1/2009 It isn't realistic that I can pay the debt, I only make $34K and struggle to meet rent, child support, etc. Debt #1 I'm paying out of respect for my ex.

let me start yes i did break my lease febuary 06 and owed 2 months rent when i left now on august 4 th 2007 someone left a writ summons for the 2 months i owed to the managed company i signed the lease with. now i contacted the management company and they emailed me back to day and said they did not manage the property after march of 2005 and they do not know what management company did.

I have been receiving calls from Credit control at work regarding an old account and need some advice. I have spoken to them on a couple of occassions and have sent a debt validation letter which i told them i was doing as i have received 2 letters from 2 different companies on the same account. They sent me a letter stating the following: Quote:
