Can Geneva Roth take money out of my new banking account at a new bank that I didn't give them the information for. They said they got my information for my new bank when I applied for a new loan through a company online. I never took out that loan though.

Hello--I am so glad I found this website. I have 14 payday loans. I am in Wyoming. I have looked at the laws for payday lending here, but need help on which steps to take.

To all those looking for information regarding Cash Call: Cash Call is NOT a payday loan! They are backed by a bank. Federal Law allows them to operate when backed by an FDIC insured bank in any state without a seperate license. Federal law also allows them to import the interest rates from their home state. Since they aren't a pdl, they don't follow the same laws. Cash Call will sue someone if they don't pay, and they will win because they are 100% legal.

what is 5 Nevis marketing? I've seen it on my bank statement and have filed a dispute for it but I can't seem to find on the computer exactly what company this is.

anyone have any information on this company? I need their contact info such as website, current phone numbers, email. How do I find out if this company is Licensed in to do business in Maryland which is where i'm located? Thanks in advance, this website is like GOLD!

Hi everyone, I posted my topics before under payday trouble(s) before I realized I needed to use the name above! So my info about my loans was posted under that name. anyway, I called my bank this morning and they will not stop the ACHs and they will not do a hard stop on all debits. I can't close the account right now because I am overdrawn. What I did do was contact my payroll dept and revoke my direct deposit to my bank, which I had to get done by 10 a.m., and I did! So now, I will just have to cover the NSF charges, which is a lot better than the 15 payday loan withdrawals I have!

:oops: Ok my score is VERY POOR. Had bankruptcy in 1999, and made several late payments to creditors. Recently I have paid off 3 creditors and closed the accounts.

Need help and/or advice. Our son (24 years old) who development mental illness, is being summoned to COURT for a credit bill he failed to pay (Capital One 4k). Since he got sick he removed himself from all wordly possesions. Destroying and throwing away everything he ever owned. When he was ok he'd work,lived by himself, had his own place, and paid all his bills.

I have numerous debts from a car loan I'm paying on that I don't have the car anymore(upside loan)to numerous doctor and hospital bil1s, and credit card bills. I had gotten my hours cut back a few years ago, and even though my hours have been back up again, I cannot seem to catch up to trying to fix paying the bills. :cry:
