I'm registered with Prosper.com. How do I successfully get a loan from them? I tried once before to get a small ($1500) loan for car repair and never got an answer.

I am a resident of Florida and was trapped in the vicious cycle of mutiple PDL's - 1 Storefront, 8 Internet. I closed my bank account two weeks ago so that I was in control of my money again, but I need to know how to handle these companies as I move forward. I feel the storefront should be my first priority since as far as I can tell they operate within the parameters of Florida Law; so far, however, they are completely unwilling to allow me to make restitution in two payments.

Sometimes there are questions about whether some of these collection agencies sue or not, so I though I would post some that I read about in our Legal Paper that I have seen sue. Here are a few so far: 1. CACH,LLC 2. Midland Credi Management 3.Asset Acceptance, LLC 4. NCO Portfolio Management 5. LVNV Funding,LLC While I know that several of these places have been in trouble for breaking violations, are really bad bottom feeders, etc., they apparently do sue.

Does anyone know if USFastCash or UnitedCash Loans are registered as CSOs in FL? This would make a difference on how I handle things from here on in...

I am a member of a tribe and I live on native American land in Oklahoma. I am wondering if the different tribes have addressed the problems of pdls and if anyone knows if I would have special rights regarding the pdls because of my resident and Native American status? I am thinking probably not, unless I could get the tribe to go to bat for me. Thanks for any information!

hi, this site is great, i have a bunch of questions i hope can be answered. If i stop paying my accounts while i try to save money to settle with in a few months will any credit card companies do research on my relatives and call their phone numbers. If they do would they divulge any information about my situation or just identify themselves and tell my family that i should call them? Im not talking about crazy collections agencies, just the actual credit card companies. Do they only call your listed number with them?

I just rec'd a advertisment from a local lawyer saying he had read in the Daily Recorder that a lawsuit had been filed against my husband by Cach LLC. Before this arrived we had rec'd several phone calls from someone saying they were from the law offices of P scott Lowery. We put a no call for solition on all our phones, so haven't had any calls from anyone for the last few months, nor have we rec'd any documents from anyone as of yet.From stumbling on to your website I am trying to fine out what are recourse is.any help would be appreciated..

During the christmas holidays I made a very large mistake by applying for 12 pay day loans that were all apporved. I had to close my checking account and now owe $6,000.00 worth of pay day loans that I cannot pay off at one time. I have only been contact be a few of them for there money and by Bass Associates. I was going to us Langhorne debt solutions but was not comfortable wih how they operated. If anyone could let me know how to solve this problem I would appreciate it.
