Hi guys: I just received a copy of my electronic loan agreement with USFastCash, with my electronic signature but absolutely NO cover letter nor did they send their audit or licensing number for the State of Florida. I'm quite a bit nervous again! I sent them a certified letter revoking everything but I've not received confirmation of receipt. They are not licensed in Florida AND even if they were, they are in clear violation of Florda law! What do I do now? I didn't expect to hear from them again, especially by MAIL! Am I nailed to the wall again with these people?

Is there another way to deal with these companies beside closing my bank account? Can I send a letter informing them that they are overcharging according to Oklahoma law and order them to stop pulling ACH's from my account, and would that work? I am desperate, and I am so glad I found this forum!

Wow, I feel like I just joined AA or something :lol: Anyhow, I'm 24, still living at home (with money-hungry parents), have a fiancee, a full time job, and way too many credit cards. Long story short, I have about 7 or 8 credit cards, many of which were used for emergencies, rather than on things I wanted (that's usually how it goes!). I'm living paycheck to paycheck in every sense of the word, and don't remember the last time I could buy myself something or treat my girl to something nice.

I have 16 debts that have been turned over to collection agencies. I am trying to file bankruptcy and have obtained a credit report but this report does not list the address or account number for the original debt. How can I get this information?

Today my husband received a letter from Bass & Associates but its their office in Tucson, Arizona. It is saying that he owes $801.51 and the client is listed as ECAST FOB HRS USA. Does anyone know which company is this supposed to be? I have never heard of such a company or even nothing even similar. Any suggestions? Thanks.

This morning I went online and checked my checking account. I was shocked to see that Westbury Ventures/LoanShop debited $390 from my already negative checking account (it's been a rough month). I know I had a payday loan with them a couple of years ago that was never really resolved. That was with an old bank account, though. How could they have this new information? Last week I was very desperate for money and was checking out PDL's online (I know, I know...I shouldn't).

I wanted to know if the collections agency has my info can i still consolidate so that it would be off of my credit history.
