I have a loan with Westgate group for $300.00 paid 30.00 I have a loan with Hydra Fund for $300.00 paid 30.00 I have a loan with Ameroloan for $400.00 renewed 4 times and made a payment of 140.00 twice. I sent an email to both hydra and westgate stating I needed a repayment plan. I did not get a reaponse from either. I did however get a phone call from NCS stating I would have a summons delivered to me at either my home or place of employment if I did not call the attorney to get this taken care of.

I need to know if the following lenders are licenced in Florida, how to find out if they are, and what course of action to pursue next. I have the "extended" loan of deferring the payment until your next pay period which I think is illegal in Florida. I borrowed $350, but have already extended the loan for three payments of $105. The little info that I am aware of is that in Florida you are only required to pay the principle amount of the loan.
