Hope I'm not redundant, but I got letter from Palisades claiming i owe on a 7 yr debt - I asked for details, I'm unaware of owing anyone - my credit report is clean - they sent me ID theft papers - do I have right to know what the debt is for? What and where I incurred the amount? They say they are third to own this debt, but is first I've heard of it - I can't tell anything without more info - how do I get it? Humble thanks in advance!

Hello everyone, I have been reading some posts with great interests and was hoping I could get some help. I currently have 6 outstanding payday loans in Arizona. Most of these are rollovers with new loans obtained as soon as they were paid in full. Needless to say, I no longer have any money in the bank to pay these folks. Two have already defaulted since my bank returned the ACHs whereas before my bank would pay them (so each payday I would end up being negative and would never see a penny).

I have a loan with gfsIL and have been trying to contact them via us mail. I got an address off this forum and sent a registered letter only to have it returned to me as "Attempted Not Known". Can someone tell me if this is a valid address?
