I saw someone respond to another message saying that they had dealt w/this company. I just got a call from this guy today. I don't believe what he is saying but I don't know how to deal w/him. He is dealing with 500 fastcash and says they want to bring charges against me for bad checks. I stopped all ACHs but never gave this internet company a paper check. Then he said they had two cases against me but both times he only mentioned the June ACH I stopped. Then he said the matter would be released tomorrow at 4, then he said that the matter would be released Friday at noon.

I came here a few months ago regarding getting out of my payday hell. I got lots of great advice and have managed to get control of the situation for the most part. I am still trying to work out a few accounts but out of 11, 5 marked their accounts paid in full! :D I want to warn all of you about paydayonline.com They actually filed bad check charges on me.

I am absolutely ready to run my car over a cliff. I have 4 pay day loans, all of are storefront, i joing a company that was supposed to be helping me to consolidate my credit report along with those loans, and they have jerked me around for a month, drew the first payment from my savings, and the pay day loan people are harrassing me, coming to my home, calling my work, calling my cell atleast 5 times a day, and i cannot take anymore.

I used the form letters provided in one of the forums to send a letter to my PDL company advising them of my state law that caps interest and prohibits renewal. I also revoked the authorization to debit my account or contact my employer. THe response I got from the manager was "Your information is incorrect your state law has nothing to do with this debt, your balance is 660.00 and is past due. Also you cannot revoke wage garnishment I can issue a judgement at anytime." Now I'm afraid that I've made these companies angry and they are no longer willing to work with me. HELP!!!!

Is anyone else still receiving telephone calls from these jerks. I'm not answering my telephone. should I continue to ignore their calls or send a letter advising them to only contact me through mail?

Besides bankruptcy, I've heard of ways to protect yourself legally from possible judgment executions. For example: In my case, they cannot garnish my wages. My state allows it but the kind of income I have cannot be garnished (government payments). I have no bank savings account but do have a checking account. I know they can try to garnish that account but is there a way to stop that? My government checks are direct deposited in there. Should I ask the government for paper checks instead of the direct deposit? I have a car that is 10 years old and paid off.

I will be going to court soon and yes I answered the letter I was sent within the 20 days.I got a paper with a court date.Now my question is what will happen or can anyone tell me so Im a little more prepared?They say they are seeking a judgement however I have set up an appointment with a credit counseling agency as well as a Bankruptcy Attorney.Now I know the attorney cant do anything until my $800 is fully paid but with the credit counseling and all is there a way to stop this court procedding or the judgement?I know once Im able to file bankruptcy all this stops.ANy help/advice would be gr

Here they are: 500 Fast Cash - 300 Pay Day One - 300 Loan Point USA - 200 I have closed my account and so far have only been contacted by 500 Fast Cash which called my work and told me that I now owed $510.00 and that they would freeze my account if I could pay 1/2 today via debit card. I said no and hung up and he left a nasty message on my voicemail saying that he was not going to freeze my account and that I would owe over 600. by the end of August and it would keep accruing...

Ok I have several payday loans which I have overpaid. My first one is MyCashNow. I got my first loan with them back in August 03' and have always paid the loans back with no prolbem. Now I am having prolbems paying them back. Orginal loan:$765.00 Approved on March 16th 07' Since then I have paid $1317.11 in fees and charges with only $191.16 going towards principal. That would leave me owing $573.84 towards the principal. When I defaulted on July 19th I called and the woman told me her supervisor said all I owe is $212.89.

I'm searching info on this company for a co-worker...They just called here wanting info on an employee for wage garnishment. She's paranoid that it might be for her. Is this company for over due student loans?
