There was 2 seperate charges of $ 150.00 taken out of my account. The name was Ambassador Collection. After calling my bank they gave me a number 1-866-808-0936. After being on hold for ever a Dave Schofield got on and told me this was for a payday loan from Nationwide Cash. I explained to him that the PDL was from last year and it was through T&C for debt collection.

ok i defulted in a loan with them 3 months ago.i had emailed them called them and we cant set up a reasonable payment plan i can afford. i sent them a email to askk for paper mailed to me by usps. and they refused and sent me these emails i got this after i sent the email asking to have papers sent too me. Hi my name is Heather and I'm so far into debt I can't breath anymore. I have people calling me all day and I barely got a steady job again, it doesn't pay like i would like but its a job. i owe a payday service 300USD also a cashcall service 1200USD and 2 credit cards, on top of that thats not my main bills i have a cell phone that i owe 1000USD on, and a car payment of 430USD/month, also school 232USD/month and car insurance which is 240USD/month. the worst thing is is that im only working 32hrs/week at walmart making 8.45/hr. i need help.. please call me.

Hello everyone, My situation is i really need a loan bad to pay off these payday loans i habve. I am willing to pay high interest. So if anyone know a company that will give a person a loan who had bad credit, please let me know.. i am to the point where i am willing to go with places like think cash or cash call but they dont offer loans in my state. i figure i can pay them that monthly payemnt that keep getting ripped off every week.. please help!!!

Yes... here I am, another person with a hideous debt problem in south TX. I am a married mother of two girls. I am so overwhelmed with my debt that I am not functioning correctly. My children are suffering because of my stress and anxiety everyday. Together, my husband & I have close to $40,000 in unsecured debt. We have been struggeling for a while, but after Jan 2007, when the government changed laws on cc minimum payments, I just can't float anymore. We are drowing. I do own my home but I am behind a month on my mortgage payment.

I posted this in the debt consolidation and settlement board, and thought I'd let you guys on this side know as well. It made me raise and eyebrow! I filed a complaint with the BBB. On the website Paycheck Today was listed as MTE Finacial and that is where my complaint was forwarded to. Here is where it gets tricky. MTE Financial has no record of Paycheck Today as being one of their DBA's, and no record of me being a client. The BBB of OK can not locate Paycheck Today, anywhere.

Wow, I've been reading over a few of the messages on this web site, and just reading everyone's individual stories is really enlightening, thank you! I am in a similar situation with others regarding the payday loan problem..Too many loans, and not enough $$ to repay them. I am continually 'extending' the loans and it has got completely out of control to say the least. Plus, the payday loan companies I have used are all internet-based and the fees are absolutely rediculous! I don't know the first step in getting out my situation with payday loans.

does anyone know how to deal with McCarthy Burgess and Wolff. THEY HANDLE VERIZON YELLOW PAGES AND ARE A COLLECTION AGENCY.

I have a business that incurred about 20,000 in unsecured commercial credit from vendors like Verizon yellow pages. We have 3 revolving cards totally 11,000. All credit is not under our personal social security numbers. I was thinking of consolidating this into one small payment to pay it all off or trying to settle some of the accounts for a smaller amount. the business is flat broke and I really do want to do what is right. But I can know way make the minimum amounts.

I have 6 pdl's (3 storefont and 3 internet) that I have been paying/renewing for quite some time - if I close my bank account on the 3 storefront checks will I be prosecuted - I live in KY
