I have 6 payday loans and I think I'm going to go insane, because I'm stressing, not able to make my house payment

I have never posted on a site like this, and certainly wish I had done so much sooner. I have recently found myself in payday loan hell.....does anyone know of a credit counseling company that works with pdl companies? I really need some help and am in WAY over my head. My loans are all internet 'stores' and one is an actual store front lender. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all, Liz.

I'm looking for a debt consolidation company to help me out with some troubles. I currently have around $15,000 in debt to American Express, which has been sent to a debt collection agency, allied interstate. I have ran excel models, and at the apr % that they jumped me up to, it's 32% a month. After running an Excel model, that's a huge amount of interest adding to the principal each month exponentially. It's too much and I can't afford it. I have paid Allied Interstate a total of $3,000 over the phone when I finally talked to them a few times.

Well, I went to mediation today and actually learned a lot. This was Pre-Trial Mediation on a credit card account. I'm in Florida so if you're in Florida, pay attention. I took a DV letter that had been sent certified mail to the attorney and unanswered. I also challenged the SOL stating that, in Florida, An Open Account (credit card)has an SOL of 4 years. In BOTH instances, the Mediator said he could not even allow any of it in mediation. That if I wanted to argue SOL and DV letters, the mediation would end and he would set a court date.

Does anyone know the current legal status of Bass and Associates? I hadn't received a telephone call from them since the end of June 2007 and judy received two telephone calls from them last week. Has anyone else received calls from Bass?

Got a phone call from both today and gave them the spill on payday loans being illegal in NC. They stated they are going to turn it over to a third party collection agency. I told them to be sure to let them know it was illegal when they did it. The one from MTE hung up on me. What do I do next? HELP!!

okay i received this summons for a civil from the court was laeft in my door by a state marshall. i was planning on paying this anyways but the rates got way out of hand. anyways while looking through these documents theres no docket number on this paper work. i looked up online to see if the court had it no where in the system. then three days after i got this summons which says i owe 1,348.84 and was issued a credit card which i wasn't i was issued 300.00 dollars of a payday loan.
