If a person was to get a loan for say...2 or 3 credit cards, does the person still get to keep those cards for use or are they deactivated?

I received an email today from Westbury Ventures stating Refusal to pay on my PDL. I then emaile them back a DV letter and the PDL laws in the state of Florida. She replied to me saying that I have borrowed money under someone elses name but since she had my social security number she was gong to move forward with my socoal security number. Has anyone ever had a problem like this with this company? Your help is appreciated. Thanks

Hey everybody. I have been dealing with a company called upfrontmoney.com. I have had cancer and I informed them the next payment I had due would not clear. This payment was for $134. It bounced and now three days later they charged $725 to my debit card and wiped me out and then some. Now I'm in the negative and I don't get paid again for nearly two weeks. My bank is ridiculous and has sided with upfrontmoney.com. I withdrew what little cash the ATM would let me and I'm hoping to open a new account with a different bank today.

Well it all starts out with me thinking that I would be able to keep up with my credit card payments and medical bills I was mistaken.

Hi, I need some help trying to find out what collection agency is harassing me. They're trying to collect on a debt that the Statutes Of Limitations expired on in 2002. I know that if the SOL have expired that I really shouldn't be worrying about this, but lately the calls have been increasing and have become more threatening. I want to find out who this is so I can file a complaint on them. There are 5 different numbers that have been calling me.

Ok, im a single 21 year old mom. Recently i got myself into a mess with pdl's. I have 3 storefront loans and 7 online loans. The 3 storefront loans are not a problem and have even offerd me payment plans, but the online loans are killing me. My bank account is now in the negitive of $1,400, my bank told me there is nothing they can do to help me me with the constant withdrawls coming out of my account. My biggest concern is taking care of my son and if this mess is going to turn down a legal route with me ending up in court and possibly jail or something.

I was having problems paying my bills until I changed jobs. I got a couple of cash advances and now I am late on a couple of payments and they are calling where I used to work. I need to get them paid so they don't call that job anymore.I want them paid off so I can build my credit back up too, after my divorce.

Does anyone know if they harass you over the phone if the loan goes unpaid? I read a thread the other day and was informed that they are located in Costa Rica, and I know the overseas PDLs tend to be the worst when it comes to harassment. Just curious as to any experiences with them. TIA!
