I just pulled my credit reports from the 3 major bureau's. On bad accounts, why do they not show "date of last payment"? Seems all they show is date account was closed by the original creditor and the charge-off date. I have one account that shows a charge-off date almost 2 years AFTER I know I made the last payment. I thought they generally charge-off after 180 days. (?) Of course the account was sold to a CA who is making it look like a brand new account.

i have a question on cashnet usa. im paying them off on the 3rd. and they said they only charging me what i loaned instead of over 400. due to oregons new laws. and i also asked them to send me a email stating this and that my acct would be pif. they told me they cant do that til they take the money. my question is can they do that

My friend from the NY AG's office called me back from his cell phone today and left a message. I called him off and on all day on his office number but didn't connect. I'll try again tomorrow. I did send the AG another online email asking why the same office is giving different support???? I forgot to say I had a forceful message from ARM left on my work voicemail which I chose to ignore for now since I just refiled against them with the BBB. Then I came home to a notice of a registered letter form GECC.
