I'm only 20 years old yet face debt do to not caring and looking up to the wrong people. I have a credit card, my checking account is horrible, I have medical bills, car payment and car insurance to worry about as well. Its hard. If it was all consolidated into one payment that I could make, it make my life a lot less stressful.

this is the email i finally received from DMS Marketing .instead of paying back the full ammount of 200 plus the 120 finance charge, they only taking the difference out. thank god for oregon laws

hello, i paid off a debt with midland credit management a lilttle while back. well about 3 weeks later they sent me a letter for a totally different debt that i am unware of. i requested a credit report to see what it was and also ask one of the reps at midland to verify the debt. all they did was read back to me my name and verified a previous addres i lived at. then said the debt was valid. that is public information how can they do that? my credit report says the debt is like 5 yrs old.

As anyone ever dealt with Teletrack? Evidently, they act just like a credit Bureau, but without all the federal regulaton. As anyone cleared their record with this characters?

Class Action suit, maybe?

HELP find Added Dimension/CBSD Hi. I am trying to find out more information about something on my credit report from Added Dimension/CBSD. I have a check from a refi made out to them for a collection account, and want to contact them to send it out & pay it off. My credit report just lists an address in Gray , TN. Hi Everyone; I just happened upone your site because, as just about everyone else here, I live in the state of Florida and I'm having an issue with payday loans. I saw a couple of people refer to T&C and I was wondering exactly what that is. I have 2 loans and the only thing that shows up on my transaction history is "GENEVA ROTH CAP." When I contacted my bank, there is no telephone number for them. I didn't receive extremely large loans, however, they are eating away at my account and my negative balaance is about to make me not have any money left from my next payday direct deposit.

Just wanted anyone from PA to know...I spoke to the Attorney General's office today, and they informed me that any internet lender is required to adhere to PA lending laws and rate caps (someone can quote the law I'm sure). I have sent out letters to the PDL's stating this law, the amount I legally owe, and the balance that I would owe them according to PA law. I offered to pay up to that amount and no more. So far, CashNetUSA has agreed to my statement and offered a PIF for the $59 I still owe them. YESSSSSSS!!!! Their response was very quick. B.I.G.
