I have several payday loans that I can no longer cover. I understand that payday loans ARE legal in my state, but the only listed licensed companies are: Cashcentral.com; Checkcity.com, Checkngo.com; and Speedycash.com. None of these are companies with whom I took out a loan. I currently have the following loans due on 10/14/12: Lakota Cash $225 total balance due, currently in "pay down" mode TLC Fast Cash - rolled over several times for approx 6 months.

Are payday loans, Rapid cash loans, short term cash loans, and short term lines of credit all the same thing? I'm trying to determine if Military Financial aka International Cash Advance is acting/loaning illegally not only in my state but to military members. We recently obtained a "loan" from them that will come out of our account in 4 withdrawals at almost 600%!! We are active military. We live in the state of Missouri and I have looked in e every avenue I know possible and they are not licensed in Missouri which is required. They are offshore based.

Today a Tom Parker from a global check processing called my job and my sister telling them I was being investigated for check fraud. I just so happen to intercept the call to my job the first time and told him no information could be given over the phone. He called back a second time and unfortunately I couldn't answer and another girl gave him our fax number and he sent an employment verification letter???? Wth??? They are getting worse and worse. Just when I think these people have left me alone they start again and each time it's even worse.

Well after months I have received a call from National Credit Adjusters regarding a pay day loan that I stopped paying on in January. The loan was 400.00 and repaid triple that. Im in NJ and know the loan was illegal and my account was closed. How do I handle National Credit Adjusters?? She said she was marking my account as refusal to pay. I stated this loan was paid in full and she said in fact it wasnt. I said send me a debt validation letter. What do I need to do? Do I send them something before they send it to me? What does anyone know about National Credit Adjusters?

How do I stop collections letters from LVNV after 7 years

For the first time in the almost 20 years we have owned our home we are behind on our mortgage. By the time things are settled we will be 2 months behind. How soon will the mortgage company start the process. We will be completley caught up by the first of the year, but we will be running behind for another month or so. Just need some advice never been in this situation before.
