I am sooo happy to find this spot! I have been frantic/desperate/depressed trying to get out from under some pdls that I took out trying to pay daily expenses. I'm sure you're familiar with the thought process-I gotta keep the electricity on/keep the car running...and I'm sure I'll be able to work extra and get them paid!!!

hi can any one tell what pdl the name is BIG they cant speak english i know i owe 200.00 but i had no contact with them at all no address no email@ no telephone number at all they had not contact me ethier so i know they are illegal and the othe pdl is united cash loans i havent heard from them at all they say i owe 350.00 but there no contact with them at all i live in michigan are they legal here

allied interstate has been calling me repeatedly about an owed debt. When I politely told them I wouldn't make any payment until I received debt validation in writing, first they stated they didn't have to send me anything and then told me they sent something to an address in Florida. I have never lived in Florida nor had an address listing in Florida or used a Florida address for anything. Then both the original collector and her supervisor got very angry that I repeated asked for debt validation. I offered to give the supervisor my correct address and he hung up on me.

Does debt consolidation include old debts.

The DFI of Tn basically told me they can't do anything to help me out if the company is an internet one that is not a store front licensed in TN. They only work with businesses located and licensed in TN. They suggested that if I and the PDL couldn't work out our differences, I should get an attorney. Wow...they sure were a lot of help. Still waiting for an answer from the AG.

I finally got it done. I was in the parking lot waiting for the branch to open. I got my refund on the payment they processed for Cashnet USA and opened another account at a totally different bank. I double checked with the old bank to make sure they wouldn't open the account up for any debits and they assured me they would not. I even got it in writing. I walked out of that bank with a smile on my face. I can slowly feel the happiness coming back now that I'm finally getting control of things.
