On Saturday I received a letter from Gurstel Chargo Attorneys at Law on behalf of Unifund CCR, LLC (original creditor CitiBank). The letter states: "Unless you notify this office within 30 days after receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will assume this debt is valid. If you notify this office in writing within 30 days...this office will obtain verification of the debt or obtain a copy of a judgment and mail you a copy of such judgment or verification.

I contacted my loan company to find out what company had my info' they told me to contact this web for the answer. The company is opd solutions.

Hello, I have an account that was settled in 2009. The payment history is rocky at best. I have diputed the payment history on this account three times now and each time I do, they change it to something different. What may have once been 30 days late for a particular month may get changed to 60 days late. It was once reported charged off in December but I settled in full in October and they changed that date to October. I believe that was based on information I provided to the CRA. Each time, the credit reporting agency comes back and says the account has been updated.
