Can you tell me what to expect from them? Discover already calls me about 8 times per day, wondering what will happen after signing with a settlement company?

credit counselors say payday loans are secured loans and can not qualify for their programs is this true?

ok...so I haven't heard from them at all since I closed my account..05/17. Today there was a message on my voice mail from a Jenny at the Customer Solutions Dept. of GFS...wants to talk to me about my complaint that I filed(which one, I filed 3) and come to a resolution. Then I get back from lunch (the message was left while I was eating so I didn't answer) and one of my girls tells me a lady called from my lawyers office..had a brittish sounding accent. LOL...she must have called my work number first as I don't have a lawyer....yet.

This was my first BBB file on a PDL but I found it interesting that after I selected Paycheck Today as the company I was filing a complaint with, I was diverted to an online Paycheck Today complaint form. Is this the norm or are they just "special"?

I keep reading posts about getting refunds from the PDL companies if you've over paid them. What is the requirements for Indiana? I have probably had 2 or 3 different checking accounts from different banks within the last 3-4 years when I got myself into the PDL HE!!. How can I find out how much I have paid on each loan? If I call the PDL company will they tell me? I haven't heard from some of them for years and I would hate to call them then they start calling me all of the time again. Would the banks be able to provide me any printouts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
