i am currently in debt with some payday loans companies. i need some help with consalisating my debt.

i see that some of these posts are older, however I wished I would have seen them sooner. I recently applied and got a payday loan with Arrowhead, however in the process of applying and getting this, my checking account was hacked/stolen whatever you want to call it, into by another payday company and credit card company which withdrew funds unauthorized. The payday company claimed I had an unpaid loan with them over 3-4 yrs old, and the credit card company said they were affliated with payday loans and I applied for a card with them when I applied for the payday loan.

Can my wages be garnished even though I live and work in TX? Even if my companies headquarters are in PA and the payroll office is in GA. Thanks!

Can I stil request debt validation after the 30 day period has passed? I have received a bill from Account Receivable Management of Florida for a payday loan they say I owe. I have paid well over the premium for this payday loan (paychecktoday) and they actually owe me a refund. I have reported them to my Attorney General's office and the BBB. They are one of MTE's dba, which MTE denied in response to the BBB complaint. Also, the bill sent to me has all the information on it....so, I am not sure what a debt validation request would do?

Received a settlement letter. Settlement included a payment plan. Asked to have included in the letter a statement regarding the reporting to the credit bureaus would show that the debt was current after on-time payments were made. Told by representative that they use a standard letter and they are not allowed to include anything because of insurance coverage of the company. True???

This is been more than 2 years ready,with a long story. This is not a loan or credit card This is from credit card processing One day one guy come over my business and show me how much money I save when i switch to his services put me in contract lease a credit card machine in 4 years with none cancel had been sign by my name with out promise by hime cancel any time... He lie to me after I find out contract can not cancel He did it ,I call to cancel services .

The other day I posted about NCO on this board, and how I needed to call them to figure out if my husband really did have an outstanding medical bill with them. I was dealing with NCO for my own outstanding bill, and the rep that I talked to did not see anything in the system for my husband and had given me another number to call for the NCO headquarters. Well, I accidently threw out the paper with the rep's number, and the headquarters number and now I have no way to call them. Does anyone know how I can find out what the headquarter's number is?
