One is with WhiteHills and the other is with United Cash Loans. I have a few questions to help me understand the situation. 1.) Where can I go to find out what companies are licensed in my state?

I never wanted to utilize payday loans, but due to various situations I had to and now it is just out of control. My bank is account is currently in the red from these loans and bank fees. Interest only payments are going to be deducted from my account Friday and if I let the money be deducted I will be kicked out of my apartment and living in my car. I haven't overpaid these companies; they've each only taken one interest only payment (please note that on the loan agreements for two of them there's an interest payment of only like 3 dollars but a 90 dollar service fee).

is sure advance or mycashnow licensed in wisconsin? do they typically work to renegotiate payments?

You used to have my account and now a different collection has it. But I have a paper saying it was charged off. Does that mean I still owe?

I had sent out 2 DV letters at the end of June to two different collectors on debts I d id not believe I owed. I have not received anything back from either one. Am I to assume after all this time that they could not produce the original paperwork and or all the documentation I requested. Is there a time limit for them to produce it? Thanks, Lolly
