is associated with any online PDL lenders?

hello, one of my creditors is showing on my cr that my account was sold one month prior to my filing bk ch 13 then 1 1/2 years later i converted ch 7 now discharged.. i believe they ran and sold it because i filed... and lied about the date. will i have to pay it? and several others say they sold the accounts.

I would like to avoid bankruptcy but do not have a lot of income a month but am trying to pay my debts

Mike, Hope you get a chance to read this. Well, I tried to PM you, but now I can't even send PMs out, it seems. Last week I was able to at least send them. Now, any messages I write just stay in my outbox and never go into the sent box. I still can't receive messages either. :( This has been ongoing for over a month now.

Issues logging in. I am having problems logging in. It clearly states I have logged in it even shows me in at the bottom of the screen where it says members online but I am unable to post with my username. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this? FYI

So of course, only being 18 you have no credit. So i manage to find a couple of ways to the advice of my bank, to try and get a couple of credit cards and i do to establish my credit. I got down on my luck and being forced to get a new car which means i need loan, even a basic 5,000 was denied bc of a missed payment and the fact i had 3 cards out with a max of 2500 and one seems to want to help. So i figure i get it all together and wait it out eh

I would appreciate it very much if you could give me information on interest rates that are too high (i.e. Cash Call). Also, do you know of any personal loan business in California that could help a person with bad credit to get an debt consolidation loan (not a debt consolidation loan where as you paid one monthly payment and they pay your bills. I am in need very bad, because everything is 6 months behind. I appreciate your help. Thank you!

what is there to say other than nobody taught me that credit was the most important thing next to cash and paying your taxes in this country. I'm only 23 and won't goto college just because i know i already don't need another loan until things are straightened out after i screwed it all up. yup thats my story
