hi..i'm all cried out..i got in this PDLs mess because my fiance' was not working as much and i had to support us plus my teenage daughter.

I pity anybody who gets a loan through cash call. I saw their advertisement last night on animal planet (they are not allowed to lend in WI,thank god) But I paused it( I have a DVR) so I could read the words that flash across the bottom of the screen. But it said that for a $2600 loan the apr would be 99.25% :shock: and the payments would be $212 and some change a month for 42 months :shock: That is almost $9000 for a $2600 loan :shock: :o :shock: :o :shock: How can those states that they are licensed in allow that? That is just plain nuts!!!! So I would STAY AWAY from them!!!!

I kept getting these recorded messages from 605-965-1527. So I called them back today and it was check n go. They are offering a new type of loan. One that gives you a chance to repay in 4 months. Like I would do that anyway. But when the lady asked me if I would be interested in a loan I told her no, because I already have 2 defaulted loans through check n go storefront. She then asked me if she could remove my phone number and I told her yes, that was the reason why I was calling in the first place.

I received a letter from Debt recovery solutions LLC Stating that I owed them 676.81 from a debt that they purchased from Sprint. I did have an account with Sprint 10yrs ago. I called Sprint to verify the debt and they could not. They said they could not find any record of any accounts that I had or any that they sold under my social security number. They also stated that if even if they sold the debt they still would have record of it. My question is should I just ignore this letter or should I tell them to go ahead and validate. Thank you in advance for the advice.

How do you improve credit when you dont have any? Is the only way to improve it is by using credit cards? Whats easiest way?

I just found out Collect America is taking money from my account to pay someone else's debt(to the tune of 1,500 dollars). They have my account # but this is the first time I've heard of them.Any Ideas? How do I contact them? The payment slip says Daniels & Norell. The bank says not their fault.What should I do?
