My sister -- in a total lapse of judgement obviously -- signed the lease for a bike for her boyfriend. He didn't have a job and thus didn't make payments and the bike was repossessed. Because of this, I do not believe she owes anymore money for the bike.
However, this has not stopped NES from calling my parents' house (where I still live, and where my sister has not lived in several years), often three times a day every day, asking for her number. She does not live here and has no cell phone, and we tell them this all the time, yet they still call.
