My sister -- in a total lapse of judgement obviously -- signed the lease for a bike for her boyfriend. He didn't have a job and thus didn't make payments and the bike was repossessed. Because of this, I do not believe she owes anymore money for the bike. However, this has not stopped NES from calling my parents' house (where I still live, and where my sister has not lived in several years), often three times a day every day, asking for her number. She does not live here and has no cell phone, and we tell them this all the time, yet they still call.

I need help with my debt. I need it to be put into one payment. I want to rebuild my credit so I can start my life again with no worries.

I need some help with finding places to help pay my gas bill so I can get it turned back on I receive Social Security Disablity and my gas has been turned off since the winter and I have been trying to get some kinda of payment arrangement with them but they want over half my check to turn it back on and then the same amount each month without gas I have no hot water or any thing like that any help would great be appreciated

I was evicted and didn't know what to do, I listened to my kids father and didn't go to court. If I had gone the judge would've seen the pictures I had of a melted thermostat, never fixed. Tub half full of sewage and roaches all over the walls and doors. It was so bad for sometimes 3 days in a row. I later found out that the tenants before me had beat the landlord up before because of how bad he treated them. The landlord never came out to the building, only the manager and he never fixed anything.

I cannot pay my loan this week I just don't have the money. I have a loan with First Cash in Texas, it is a storefront. The loan was for $520. So far I have paid about $528. But all that is just fees, the principal is still the same. I am going to have to go into default. I am worried. They are not the nicest people in that store, they are even rude when you go in to pay your loan. What will happen? What can I do? I know that they will try to send my check thru on Monday, will they keep doing that over and over?

I borrowed $200 dollars from The lending company and now OneClickCase is trying to collect. Are they the same company, with different names. I have never heard of One Click Cash.

i currently have 5 outstanding loans and cant keep them up any longer. i just changed jobs and actually had to stop payment on two of them because the money just wasnt there but i didnt know the money wasnt going to be there until after they were sent to the bank. previous employer playing games with last paycheck but that is another problem entirely. two of the others i had actually paid some on and worked out payment arrangements and one other outstanding that i wont be able to pay because of the whole changing jobs thing.
