I have several pdls and have been getting some great advice here !! So now I have another question just to see if anyone knows what I should do. Yesterday I went online to check out all of my pdl accounts and see if anything had changed, I was able to log into all of them.

I got a payday loan from this company Geneva Roth. I got over extended with payday lenders. I went into Debt Management/consolidation. I ended up closing my bank account and opening another which cost me alot too. Today, they tried to debit my new account 400. I called them and asked them how they got my new account and that they were sent a letter by the debt consolidation group. They said they don't do debt management with anyone except the lender. They said that it was in my contract that they could debit any account. I told them they did not have access to my new account.

I was married for two years and had all of the bills and utilities in my name. My husband could not keep a job and was very abusive towards me, that is why I filed for the Divorce. The court ordered him to pay towards the bills and the mortgage but none of that was ever done and the house foreclosed. THe credit cards were cancelled due to non payment and the utilities were shut off. Whe have a 2 year old daughter together, he doesnt pay the child support on her either so things have been rough.

I live in Florida and got several 'internet loans' there was no faxing or signing - expect electronic signature - what ever that is. One of the loans os $600.00 and FL. has $500 cap - ALL my loans are more than 31 days old - the FL limit is 31 days. I have already paid back much more than the principal in interest with nothing deducted from the principal... I want to force them to accept a different payment plan by closing out my checking account - I can't pay JULY's rent - already late unless I stop the fees...any suggestions?? I do not want to be unethical or illegal...

Good morning guys! So, I called OneClick this morning to find out the status of my e-mail to them basically telling them that I was preparing my complaint to the NYS AG, and revoking their authorization to debit my account anymore, etc. The CS rep told me that my e-mail had been forwarded to their "compliance department" and that they would be contacting me. Has anyone had this experience? Do you think I'm on the right track?

how do you know for sure to use?

I have been getting calls from National Credit Adjusters, They bought 2 defaulted storefront payday loans from Check N Go. I have read they are not very easy to deal with. I have not called them back yet. They only thing that surprises me is that they did not inflate the amount due. It is still the same as what the checks were written out for. I have someone at the DFI checking them out for me. Can you give me some info if you have delt with this company. I want to go into this one fully informed. Thanks :)

I have a job but got into the internet advance cycle and can not get out. Is there an ethical way to stop these roll over charges and make a real plan that pays down the principal and a FAIR interest over time?

I just got my credit report via online for transunion. i have 1 item I am not familiar with that I am researching. Under this item there is a bold statement: Estimated date that this item will be removed: 1/2008. what does that mean?? thank you in advance.
