I have quite a few outstanding payday loans (pdls) and they are just snowballing. 5 of the companies do not have licenses to be doing business in California, where I live. Is this a legal loophole? Also, does anyone have the names of some consolidation companies that I could contact to try and get these things under control? Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

Do you think after I send Oneclickcash the email revoking them to debit my account, call my references, employer, etc..that they will call anyway? What is your honest opinion? I had a Kidney Biopsy at a Hospital 2003.I gave the admissions clerk all my insurance information. I now find that this bill has been turnrd over to a collection agency and date of removal on my credit report is 2011. I have researched and found out the Hospital did not file a claim.The insurance company has no record of any claim.The hospital's position is"we did not file in a timely manor".Do I have to pay this ? is there any way I can get this taken off my credit report? I do have a statement from the insurance company that I had coverage at that time. :( :cry:

Hi everyone, I was posting here a few months ago about storefront payday loans I've unfortunately defaulted on. I live in Ohio, and I put the pdls with T&C debt management program back in March 2007. So far, all of the pdls have accepted payments and the proposals from T&C and they have not returned any of the payments to T&C.

I just thought that my credit score was than it is. I know i have a couple things that is holding my credit score down. I will like to find a way to payoff what i owe. I want my credit score better than what it is now.

I got an email today from some company named Westbury Ventures demanding payment on a PDL, butI never got one from them. What can I do about this? They are threatening to turn it over for collections if I don't pay them. They don't even say how much I supposedly owe, just that I have to call them to find any information out!
