I recently applied, but did not sign the loan application. I was "pre-approved" but did not finish the contract. Has anyone had problems w/ their credit info. being tainted due to the application process?

A few weeks ago we were all talking about getting new accounts that didn't go through chexsystems...some body said they found an internet bank that didn't use the system. I can't for the life of me remember who, what,where...anyone remember??

I am $15000.00 in debt. I have tried a couple services, the last one that I am in right now is Freedom debt relief. My Father's name is on one of the cards and he is getting harassed awfully plus I am hurting his credit. I need to get his name off of this particular credit card. I do need a program that works for me. Please help.

My friend have been paying $50 a month for a Doctor bill.Now they sent it to a CA office for collections.They are Allied Collection & Credit Bureau.He talked to a lady and he told her they had made a agreement of $50 month at the DR office she told him that would be fine and this will not show up on his credit report.I thought once something gos to a CA office it gos on your credit report????He is very mad that it got to a CA even though he was paying the bill and that what they have agree too!!!!

Thank you but maybe your not aware that this loan is not covered by Tennesse it was obtained through the internet not a store front in your particular state and even so it would be under the jurisdiction of the state which the loan was obtained which is New Mexico. Anybody out there have a good rebuttal for this e-mail I received from USA Payday? Thanks!
