I recently defaulted on a loan with United Cash Loans. I sent them several faxes over the last 2 weeks and I never heard anything from them, so I decided to log into my account with them to see what was going on and now it says that I have a pending loan. I'm not sure how they plan on doing that since my old account has been closed and they don't have the information to my new account. Is it possible to deposit money into a closed account?

So, after spending countless hours on the phone today, I just thought I'd make everyone aware that Ohio DOES NOT have anything written in law to require repayment plans. I spoke to 3 people at the Department of Commerce and another 2 people at the Attorney Generals Office. ALL said that there is nothing in regards to a repayment plan for Ohio residents. And before everyone says differently please feel free to call 614-728-8400 and find out for yourself.

does anyone know how I would contact a collection company called NCOP.

I am a 21 year old college Student I am currently in a deep hole right now. I have gotten too carried away with my credit card and now i owe about 12000 in credit card debt. I feel as if a solution would be impossible to come across by.

Well, I had finally gotten one PDL paid off and set up a payment plan for one of hubby's (they would do it through court only). Now, I have a Check N'Go storefront calling me AT WORK with a representative from someplace called "National Credit". I referred them to T&C, which they swore up and down that they do not deal with....exact words were "We do not deal with places like that because they do not send full amounts and they take a percentage of what you pay so we don;t get all of our money." I was just sitting there like "What???".

i need help getting my bills together to be paid and i need to know who to talk to and what to do?

I still owe roughly 4600.00 (down from a high of 42000) to my divorce attorney. The firm that the attorney worked for is now defunct and per a letter I received from Euler Hermes, my account was placed with them for collection and I owe 4933.30 per the first letter and now 4927.74 per the second. I have received a phone call from someone that worked there named Kenya telling me I owed 2927.xx. The law firm is STILL sending me statements and the balance is 4633.89. I have NEVER received anything stating my account was going to be placed in collections from the law firm.

Ok, should I consider this one closed? I sent their CA a cease and desist and DV letter and heard nothing. I filed with the DFI, BBB, and the FTC. I live in WI. The BBB couldn't continue with the case since they couldn't find a valid street address for these people in IL. The DFI emailed these people in June, telling them to respond by July 3, and I haven't heard anything or received any calls since April. So should I forget about this one? I didn't overpay this one either. I took out $350 with them, and I paid $350.
